Details: Talked to the new DRC about changes with water system staff, tracer study, and DBP sampling. Old DRC was under the impression that DBP sampling schedule was 2 samples a year (April & Oct). However, due to Silverton's population increase to over 10,000 their schedule increased to 2 samples per quarter. Confirmed with the DRC the new sampling changes and he confirmed they took samples and sent them to the lab yesterday and today to get correct the violations that were incurred.

Some other updates:

The T3 operator has retired and Brad Jensen is applying for his T3 certification to comply with regulations.

DRC is working to correct significant deficiency (no means to determine disinfection contact time) from their 2019 sanitary survey. Will be working with OAWU to complete a tracer study to determine disinfection contact time under peak flow and minimum storage conditions. A tracer study should be complete in the next few months.
