| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine coliform sample taken 10/23/2015 positive for total coliform DETAILS: Talked to Silas Olson about repeat samples taken 10/27/2015-- one was positive for total coliform. Sent templates for resolved and unresolved total coliform public notice. They will do public notice and chlorinate the well and distribution system. In November 2015 they will take 5 temporary routine samples . ACTION NEEDED: 11/4/2015 CORRECTION: Alert # 14890 is incorrect. The sample was negative for coliform bacteria. | ||
