| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 10/20/15 DETAILS: The operator contacted me about the total coliform positive sample. He wasn’t sure what to do. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary | ||
