| Details: | SUMMARY: temp routine total coliform positive for sample date 10-16-15 DETAILS: The operator called to let me know about the total coliform positive at the school. I let him know that a source sample will be needed & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. The system is currently a MCL for total coliform. I let him know if any of the follow ups are positive for total coliform an updated public notice will be needed. If all are absent they will need to take 5 temp routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond as needed. | ||
