| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 10-15-15 DETAILS: I emailed the operator to let him know about the positive total coliform repeats. I let him know a public notice for total coliform would be needed for the MCl. I also let him know to be sure to take 5 temp routine samples in November. I asked him to send a completed copy of the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of the completed public notice & monitor follow up samples. | ||
