| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 10-6-15 DETAILS: The operator called to let me know about the total coliform positive at the school. I let him know that a public notice will be needed to be posted at the school. I sent the operator a public notice template & asked to have a completed copy sent back for DWS/file. The operator indicated that the system will be disinfected over a weekend. I let him know that 5 temp routine samples will be needed in October. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor follow up sampling & respond as needed. | ||
