| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 10/2/15 DETAILS: Charles Baker from the fish hatchery called this office & left a message with his email address. I emailed him back the link to the public notice for total coliform. I let him know that this would be the time to treat the system since coliform was confirmed. I let him know that 5 temp routine samples in October. I also asked if he is the new operator/contact. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
