| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 9-30-15 DETAILS: I called & spoke with the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive. I let him know that a public notice would be needed. I emailed a copy of the public notice template to the operator. He indicated that they would hire a company to help disinfect the system. I asked for a copy of the completed public notice. I let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: obtain completed public notice & monitor further sampling. | ||
