| Details: | Phone contact was made with the operator regarding the recent coliform positive sample results from the distribution. It was discussed that the facility is responsible for taking 3 repeat samples and a source water sample within 24 hours and 3 temporary routine samples during the month of April. The operator was in the process of taking the repeats when we spoke on the phone. | ||
