Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9-30-15 DETAILS: The operator contacted this office about the coliform detection. I let him know that a source sample is needed at the well head & 3 repeat samples are needed in the distribution system. I also let him know that temp routine samples will be needed for the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
