| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/23/15 DETAILS: Spoke to the operator. I was able to find the new operator from the lab. I let the operator know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeats in the distribution system. i reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow samples & respond as necessary. Update contact information. | ||
