| Details: | SUMMARY: E-coli positive for assessment sample date 8/11/15 DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know that the assessment sample at the field well was e-coli positive. I let her know to take 5 confirmation well head samples at the field well. She already has the well isolated from the rest of the system & the dist. system sample was absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results & respond as necessary. | ||
