| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic MCL Exceedance DETAILS: Spoke to Jim about sample collected 10/28/15 for arsenic and need to sample quarterly starting in 2016. The facility is evaluating point of use treatment for arsenic removal. I asked that he contact the Pendleton Office to discuss plan review requirements for POU treatment devices. ACTION NEEDED: Re-evaluate arsenic results in 2016. | ||
