| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead action level exceedance DETAILS: The lead 90th percentile action level was exceeded during sampling done September 2015. Spoke to Buck 9/30/15 to confirm if sampling was representative, he said he would look into it. Spoke again 10/15/15, Buck believed sample was not representative so I requesting supporting information. Spoke again 11/10/15 to confirm sample was representative so letter was sent to system this date outlining steps that must be taken as a result. ACTION NEEDED: System must test WQPs asap, distribute public education by 11/30/15, test for lead & copper at the entry point by 3/31/16, use WQP results to determine appropriate corrosion control treatment and submit a recommendation by 3/31/16, and install treatment within 24 months after recommendation approved by OHA-DWS. System has option of conducting two 6-month rounds of lead & copper sampling at 10 sites and suspending corrosion control treatment installation if lead and copper action levels are not exceeded. | ||
