| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice DETAILS: A boil water notice was issued at 9 pm 11/7/15 for a potential loss of pressure. The faulty equipment was identified, repaired, and the plant was placed back online. The process of placing the plant online involved turning of the incorrect valve introduction of 300 gallons of unfiltered water to the system. Sat night through Sun morning 2000 gallons were flushed through the system, and Mon morning a coliform sample was collected with neg bacteriological results. Boil water order was lifted on 11/10. ACTION NEEDED: Water system is going to remove the valve connetion that allowed the unfiltered water to pass through and send photo documentation to DWS. | ||
