| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead sample in 90% value at 0.030 DETAILS: The operator took a lead and copper sample at a vacant residence that tested at 0.055 for lead. The operator had his son flush the house, however he flushed it with hot water. I requested that the sample be invalidated. The request was granted. The operator was provided and informed to file 141-A form to show he will retest at a residence that is occupied and of a similar plumbing configuration. He was also informed to re-test within 20 days. The sample must be submitted no later that 12/3/15. ACTION NEEDED: Keep in contact with the operator to insure the 141-A form is completed and that the new lead/copper sample is submitted before 12/3/15. | ||
