| Details: | SUMMARY: Updated Coliform and Triggered/Representative Sampling Plan DETAILS: As a result of a TC+ sample on October 5, 2015, the Klamath Falls Water Department realized that they needed to update their Coliform Sampling Plan which is also used for the triggered monitoring as required by the GWR Rule. The water system consists of 8 pressure zones and are served by 10 active wells and 3 emergency wells. See Coliform Sampling Plan for the wells that will need to be sampled as a result of a positive coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: Coliform and Triggered Source Water Monitoring Plan is approved. | ||
