| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response - Sample Invalidation DETAILS: Received alerts for TC positive results from 11/10 routine and 11/13 repeat samples. The TC positive results were both from the same location, and all other repeat/source samples were absent, which meets criteria for invalidating the positive samples. Spoke with Josh to let him know about the invalidation. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to invalidate TC positive samples. System to collect replacement routine sample for November. | ||
