| Details: | Brandi with Oregon Water Services contacted me via phone on 4/1/21. Brandi stated she has been in contact with Jim Edwards, owner of Lorane Family Store, and his wife. Oregon Water Services has been contracted to obtain coliform samples each quarter and annual nitrate samples. I requested Brandi speak with Jim regarding replacement of the current well vent. The current vent is not turned downward and not screened. Brandi stated she will speak with Jim and pursue corrective action with the system. | ||
