Details: SUMMARY: Follow-up and Corrective Actions DETAILS: Routine Quarterly Coliform Sample was Total Coliform PositiveTalked with Grant. Sample collected on 11-13-15 was taken from faucet but the aerator was not removed from the faucet prior to collecting the sample.We discussed the proper sample procedure including which faucets to select and avoid, removal of aerators and proper flushing of the sample tap, washing hands after removing the aerator, regulating the water stream, and holding the bottle cap properly. We also discussed the repeat sampling and the labeling the samples (TG) for those from the well, (RP) for those from distribution. ACTION NEEDED: none
