Details: SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Talked to Yvonne, a secondary operator running the facility while the primary contact is out. She had questions about the latest TC violation, they had taken samples and the results were never reported to the state. She is going to enquire with the lab to see what happened on their end. Additionally, she was curious about the frequency of nitrate sampling. ACTION NEEDED: none
