| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive DETAILS: Spoke to Howard about the routine total coliform-positive sample collected on November 18th at 2171 NE Chart sink. We discussed collecting the original, upstream and downstream repeat samples, in addition to a triggered source water sample at the well. He plans to collect these samples on Monday Nov. 23rd. On Tuesday Nov. 24th, the lab indicated all repeat and source water samples collected the previous day were absent. The water system will need to collect 5 routine samples in December. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. |
