| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: Routine coliform on 11/16 positive. Discussed with Gene and he will take repeat and triggered samples asap. System has just been purchased by Avion and they will be making some improvements and correcting deficiencies from last survey. They will also evaluate coliform sampling plan and update. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 routines from distribution and one triggered sample from the well. Results will dictate further action. | ||
