| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive ecoli source assessment samples at both wells DETAILS: Montie took source assessment samples from both wells and they both came back positive for ecoli. The system is on 4-log currently because they had ecoli in Well #1 back in 2012. Shawn Stevenson did a source evaluation 8/20/12 and said they needed to do monthly assessment monitoring for a year and then they would re-evaluate. 11/17/15 talked to Betsy who spoke to Shawn and he said he remembered this one and that since the two wells are so close together, reconstruction didnt make sense because one would be a conduit to the other. Since there wasnt a great solution, the decision was to apply 4-log indefinitely. Shawn amended the Source Evaluation to state the above. I told Montie they didnt need to do anything more at this point. I also told him he didnt need to take source assessment samples annually either. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
