| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Several deficiencies from 3/2015 survey. Worked with system for several months and Katie recently submitted last of corrections. DRC at appropriate level is now on fileA cross connection and EA is on fileA coliform sampling plan is part of the systems ERP and O& M documentInitial lead and copper has been taken and system now on every 3 yr. schedule2 rounds of rads have been taken. Uranium is now at every 9 yrs and Radium and GA need another 2 qtrs. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
