Details: SUMMARY: Follow up with survey deficiencies DETAILS: I contacted Dan he said that his mailed his O&M manual to the health department in late September and that he now has raw water samples taps on both of his well heads. ACTION NEEDED: I will confirm that we received the O&M manual and I asked Dan to sent photos of the raw water sample taps.
