| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to tc+ on 11-17-15 DETAILS: Operator error. They have new sample sites that have never been taken before. They wanted to get a little better representation of the system as a whole and moved them farther apart. They think that they didn’t disinfect properly. For the repeats, they used chlorine, let it set a bit, then alcohol. Let the water run for a while then took the sample. They are hoping this will give us a better sample of the water that’s in the mainline as opposed to any contamination from the water in the customer’s service line. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
