| Details: | SUMMARY: disinfection discussion DETAILS: Shawn left phone message (10/19/15) stating after adding chlorine to shock system a decision was made to provide UV treatment. Contact made on 10/20/15 and directed Shawn of the plan review requirement needed prior to adding treatment. He commented that he believed Chambers Plumbing was proposing a plan or making a bid to install UV.
