| Details: | SUMMARY: Extension on Significant Deficiency (SD) DETAILS: Don McShane asked for an extension on their SD for sealing the open wellhead. The well is sealed, yet the electric will need to be configured, so they will need to re-open it and seal it. they are installing a new pipe around the original pipe. They are also installing a drain pipe in their transfer box that used to always get pooled with water.They will finish this when the snow melts…in 2-3 weeks. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
