| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Routine Total Coliform - Remain on Boil Water Notice DETAILS: Contacted Mary Woodworth regarding temporary routine samples collected as a result of a confirmed E. coli in the distribution that occurred in September 2015. Ms. Woodworth indicated that that after they shock chlorinated, "special" samples were collected and they came back absent for coliform so temporary routine samples were collected. Three temporary routine samples were TC+. Ms. Woodworth said that she is unsure why the samples were positive for coliform and that she would invistigate for a possible source and then shock chlorinate. We also discussed adding chlorine for residual maintaence. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorniate and then collect temporary routine samples. | ||
