Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up to OERS Spill Report # 2015-2657 DETAILS: DeWayne notified me of a spill of an approximately 300 gallon barrel of an unknown substance into a manhole at 3045 NE 62nd Avenue in Portland. As there are no public water systems with intakes on the lower Willamette River, if substance made its way to the river, I determined that no public water systems needed to be notified of this incident. DEQ has been notified of the incident. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed at this time.
