| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Resolution/Monitoring 2015 DETAILS: I discussed the significant deficiencies noted on the WSS with the manager of the store Rebecca Pugliano over the phone. The monitoring for Nitrates and a Source Water Assessment sample for 2015 were discussed and she said that she would take these tests as soon as possible. She also stated she would contact well/pump companies in the area to replace the UV light bulb for the UV system that is installed on the public drinking water system. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
