Details: | SUMMARY: Detection of 1,4-Dichlorobenzene at the Detection Limit DETAILS: I received for an alert on 1-27-15 for a detection of 1,4-Dichlorobenzene (a.k.a. p-Dichlorobenzene) of 0.005 mg/l at the detection limit for the entry point to the system (EP-A). I sent an e-mail to John McKevitt and Ron Wanner about the results letting them know that had the results been above the minimum detection limit, a confirmation sample and/or quarterly sampling would have been required. I let them know that they could follow up with more sampling if they were concerned, otherwise no further action was needed. I also e-mailed a fact sheet on p-Dichlorobenzene for their information. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
