| Details: | Spoke with Ms. Russell regarding chlorine residual monitoring (Violation 900736216.) Someone else had been doing the residual testing while they were out of town and had made errors in doing the testing. The testing was not done correctly resulting in "0" readings for a couple of days. When they returned from out of town, they tested and found acceptable chlorine residual levels (>0.2 ppm.) I told her to continue conducting their residual testing as normal and be sure to submit their monthly reports to demonstrate a return to compliance. She told me that they had notified customers of the incident. | ||
