| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 was detected above MCL from sample taken 11/4/2015 DETAILS: HAA5 was detected at a level of 0.181 mg/L in a sample collected on 11/4/2015. Talked with Andy Albee and discussed the next steps since the LRAA is now 0.115. I suggested contact Rob Henry, the circuit rider, since he visited the system in February 2015 and had some suggestions for reducing the HAA5 results. DWS is currently drafting a BCA (bi-lateral compliance agreement) to address this issue. The system will continue quarterly monitoring. Also, public notice will need to be resent to customers because of MCL violation. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring. Send out public notice. Sign BCA. | ||
