| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to routine total coliform positive DETAILS: I spoke with Brady on 12/7, as he prepared to collect four repeat samples at the locations in his coliform sampling plan due to the 12/4/15 routine coliform positive at the first connection down from the water plant. Brady notified me on 12/10 that the 4 samples were collected on 12/8, and that the lab notified him that all are coliform absent. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect 5 temporary routines during January at any location within system. | ||
