| Details: | SUMMARY: HAA5 was detected above MCL for sample taken 12/2/2015 DETAILS: HAA5 was detected at a level of 0.096 mg/L in a sample taken on 12/2/2015 at the Steinhauer location. These results are above the MCL which is 0.06 for HAA5. I explained the system the LRAA for this location is now up to 0.051 mg/L and the OEL is 0.060 mg/L. This is an indicator that there may be a problem in the near future so the system should review operational procedures. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring. | ||
