Details: | SUMMARY: complaint - system has had no water since 12/10/15 DETAILS: A call was received from a tenant at the mobile home park that the system had been without water since 12/10/15. A call was made to the owner, Nancy Shaw. She stated the well pump had gone down on that date and that the local plumbing business, Widner, is on task to get the well repaired. It was estimated that the water was to be flowing by Monday aftertoon. At the time of the phone call at 4:30, Nancy was unaware if this was the case or not. I told her the system will be on a boil as soon as the water comes back on. It will come off when a clear sample has been taken from the system. ACTION NEEDED: Notify all tenants of the boil water notice. Take a coliform sample once operating to ensure the bacterial quality passes. |
