| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli positive source water assessment sample DETAILS: Informed Phil that sample collected on Dec. 14th at Well #1 (SRC-AA) was E. coli positive. Discussed collecting 5 confirmation samples at the well sample tap within 24 hours. He questioned the sample because it was windy that day and sediment may have entered the bottle. He plans to get bottles to collect the samples tomorrow. I spoke with John Zalaznik at NCPHD regarding conversation with Phil. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate results from confirmation samples to determine if corrective action is needed. | ||
