| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations exist for not reporting a Nitrate and not reporting a Source sample for 2014. DETAILS: Looks like the Source sample was taken at the pump house on 7/18/2014. It was marked as TG, however it was described as a distribution-A sample. It should have been taken at the well and described as "Source AA".There have been no annual nitrate samples taken since 2013. ACTION NEEDED: I will work with state on resolving the Source sample violation viol - 3467115. Operator needs to take a Nitrate sample and report to State Drinking Water Services. Lab should send results for operator. | ||
