| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Coliform sample was + DETAILS: I called Barbara and left her a voicemail on 12/10/15 to collect 3 RP samples in the distribution and one form the source. Will call the office again today if I do not hear from her by this afternoon. Analytical lab does collect samples and has also left a message to collect the RP samples. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 RP samples in the distribution and one from the well as soon as possible. | ||
