| Details: | SUMMARY: RT samples for Dec was Coliform + DETAILS: Called Alyssa, she said they had RP samples collected today. The well is a pit less adapter and they do not have a sample tap prior to there pressure tank on the system. I told her again they need to install a sample tap as close to the well head as possible that would acculturate represent the raw water coming out of the well. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 RP samples in the distribution and one at the source. Install a raw water sample tap at the well head. | ||
