| Details: | SUMMARY: Jeremy is now the 3rd operator since I started the survey of this system. He called regarding survey deficiency corrections DETAILS: Survey deficiencies have been corrected:1. AB vent installed--2. TC, Nitrate and Source samples taken 11/23/2015 and reported--3. Operations and maintenance manual is complete for this system--4. Coliform sampling plan written, employees trained in using it.Additionally the emergency response plan has been reviewed and updated. ACTION NEEDED: All survey deficiencies are corrected and should be noted as such in SDWIS | ||
