| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up contact operator. DETAILS: Water system had a phone # change so it took some time for me to contact the operator. I made a site visit and discussed needed actions. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat samples are needed.Triggered / Source, only well #1 (AA) was being used when the original TC+ was recorded. Three repeats will be taken and a source at well #1. Well #3 & #4 were off line when the original bacteriological was pulled.Well # 4 is currently out of service due to an electrical problem. PUD is scheduled to work on the supply so well #4 can be on line and satisfy the testing for nitrates in 2015. | ||
