| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for December (total coliform) DETAILS: System collected 5 coliform bacteria samples on 12/15/15 and 1 was total coliform. This gives the system a MCL violation for the month (coliform bacteria). A public notice template was emailed to Kevin. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to collect a triggered source sample by the end of the month. A draft public notice was sent to the system. Once finalized, a final and dated version needs to be submitted to OHA. 5 temporary routine samples will be needed in January. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
