| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected on 12/9/15. Spoke with Wayne. He said it was very windy when he took the sample, and had dropped the cap on the ground and may have touched the inside of the cap when he was handling it. Advised him of the repeat sampling requirements. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. | ||
