| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: WS reported 9 routine and 1 source sample for December. Two of the routines samples were T/C+. I spoke with Matt and informed him the WS is now a PNC due to 4 total coliform MCL violations. I told him he did not need to report any more routine samples until January 2016. The WS has a current PN. Matt said they were working on resolving the problem but did not give any specifics. I asked him to keep me updated with their progress. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and January monitoring. | ||
