| Details: | SUMMARY: One TR sample coli + DETAILS: I got an email from John Beagle, and talked to Jed Hancock on the phone. The system took a special sample form the source that came up absent. I advised to take 2-5 samples form the source at the same time to rule out the well being the source of contamination. Told them to also investigate the distribution system to see if they can find a temporary source of contamination. If noting can be found residual maintenance or UV light might be the next option depending on the source sample results. ACTION NEEDED: Investigate issue, shock system, collect 5 TR in January. Initiate plan review prior to Dec 31st to avoid the fee increase for any treatment you would like to install. | ||
