| Details: | SUMMARY: Funding Application Assistance DETAILS: The Cascade Head Ranch District Improvement Company owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to 78 connections. A membrane water treatment plant treats water from Crowley Creek. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Kyle Kearns with the IFA Regional Solutions Team. The CHR District has applied for funding from the IFA to complete planning and capacity building for the system. Mr. Kearns requested a review of the requested program costs to ensure the funding package is adequate. Discussed proposed planning project with Kyle Kearns (IFA).
