| Details: | SUMMARY: RT coliform + DETAILS: Spoke to Betsy Perry with the Oregon Drinking Water Program about the required sampling. Because of the history of the water system and they are now working with Dave Love to help with adding a chlorination system. To eliminate the duplicate sampling, only a source sample and 5 temporary routine samples at the beginning of January would suffice. Facility is also required to keep the tier 2 notice posted. ACTION NEEDED: Update tier 2 notice and collect 5 TR and a source sample at the beginning of January. | ||
